Thanks Peter. I left the USA over 45 years ago but my love for it has grown stronger ever since. I do not pretend to "feel" what Americans feel day to day, but I think that I still have a grasp of the underlying principles of the American project. I've decided that if I think that I can contribute something constructive to the conversation I will (as long as David Swindle will have me).
