Hi! I put the library on shuffle, thought the randomness of my musical tastes would be amusing. I’ll post links to the music stuff my friend David and I have been talking about.
Let’s jump into some tunes:
I’ve always loved the Boys. This song, and Sabotage are two of my favorites.
I love Frank Sinatra. Dean Martin, the rest of the Rat Pack. Bing Crosby too. The duet he did with Bowie is one of my favorite Christmas songs.
This came up next. I have mixed memories about this song. I love it. I really do. It was also featured in The Crow, which was a tragic movie for multiple reasons.
Next up is this lovely little number from Dave Matthews Band. This requires a bit of back story.
One of our favorite sci-fi shows is EUrEKA. During our first date at San Diego Comic Con in 2010, we ate at a promotional recreation of Café Diem, the diner in town. Anyway. We rewatch it every year. We took the DVDs to the hospital when Glenn was born. This was a song that was played during its run, and has become a personal fave for my wife and I, especially in the parenting years.
This is just pure fun. And I always picture a dancing varmint when I hear it. Don’t you?
Sting has been in my library for a long time, way back when he was in a band called The Police. You may have heard of them.
Next up in the shuffle is Adele’s Bond song, Skyfall. Honestly, one of my favorite Bond movies, and songs. I have her entire discography so far.
I think her voice is soulful.
I think that’s enough to be going on about for today. I do actually have a lot of work (and chores) to do.
Okay. One more. HAHAHAHA
Good morning from Western Wishes.

Oh, links I promised:
Have a good one. Don’t sweat the petty things, and don’t pet the sweaty things.
I love your music choices. I know I posted this before but needed to post again.💕
